About Permanent Jewelry
"What is permanent jewelry?"
Permanent jewelry is custom-fit, clasp-free jewelry that is seamlessly micro-welded to stay on for as long as you’d like. It’s designed to be a lasting piece that symbolizes memories, milestones, or simply your personal style.
"Does the welding process hurt?"
Not at all! The process is completely painless. The welding only connects the chain, and your skin is never in contact with the equipment.
"Can I remove the jewelry if I change my mind?"
Yes! Although it’s designed to stay on permanently, you can remove it at home using nail clippers, scissors or wire cutters. If you’d like to have it reattached later, we may be able to re-weld for a small fee.
"What types of metal do you offer"
We offer high-quality 14k gold-filled and sterling silver chains to ensure beauty and durability. These materials are generally safe for everyday wear on most skin types.
"Can I go through airport security with my jewelry on?"
Yes! Permanent jewelry does not need to be removed for airport security and will not set off metal detectors.
"Can Permanent Bracelets go in a MRI?"
It’s important to inform your healthcare provider about any permanent jewelry prior to an MRI. In some cases, they may recommend professional removal to ensure safety during the scan. If you need to remove your jewelry for medical reasons we may be able to re-weld for a small fee.
"How should I care for my permanent jewelry?"
Your jewelry is designed for everyday wear, but to keep it looking its best: Avoid prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals (e.g., chlorine or cleaning agents).
Gently clean with mild soap and water if needed. During your service you will be given a polishing cloth keep your new piece clean.
"What if I have metal allergies?"
We use gold-filled and sterling silver materials, which are generally hypoallergenic. However, if you have known metal sensitivities, let us know in advance so we can discuss your options.

" What if my chain breaks or needs repair? "
We understand that life happens! We don't offer refunds given the custom nature, but if your chain breaks or needs repair, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to fix it for a small fee or evaluate your needs.
" How long does an appointment take? "
Appointments typically take about 30-45 minutes, which includes a complimentary consultation to choose your chain, charm, and ensure the perfect fit.
" Is there an age requirement for getting permanent jewelry? "
Yes, clients must be at least 12 years old. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to sign our waiver.
" Do you offer group bookings or private events? "
Absolutely! We love helping groups create lasting memories. Please contact us directly to schedule group appointments or inquire about private event options.
" What if I need to cancel my appointment, group booking or party? "
Life happens! Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule for appointments. Cancellations less than 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund of your deposit. For group bookings and parties a *48 hour cancellation notice* is required. Cancellations less than 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund of your deposit.
